Leadership
JER Partners is a management-owned firm. JER Partners' Management Committee
consists of three senior executives with a combined average 28 years of experience
that spans multiple real estate cycles. These individuals bring a wealth of experience
across a broad spectrum of disciplines and extensive track records to focus on the
strategic direction of the company.
Keith W. Belcher
Managing Director, JER Partners
Mr. Belcher is a Managing Director of JER Partners and serves on the Management
Committee, the North American Investment Committee, and the U.S. Debt Co-Investment
Vehicle Committee. Mr. Belcher has been responsible for all CMBS acquisitions made
by the JER Partners funds and affiliates, which have exceeded $1.8 billion in purchase
price with over 4,000 collateral loans. He also oversaw the development and
operation of JER Partners' Special Servicing platform. Prior to his current role,
he was responsible for JER Partners' asset management contracts with the RTC.
These contracts were comprised of both loans and REO assets from multiple failed
financial institutions with a total portfolio size exceeding $3.5 billion. Mr. Belcher
was responsible for the staffing and management of these contracts and directed
the asset management and loan workout activities over a three year period through
the contract completions.

Prior to joining JER Partners in 1991, Mr. Belcher served as Senior Asset Manager
for the Federal Asset Disposition Association (FADA), overseeing a non-performing
loan portfolio in excess of $800 million. Prior to FADA, Mr. Belcher was Vice President
with InterFirst Bank in Dallas, responsible for a real estate portfolio averaging
in excess of $100 million including acquisition and construction loans. In total,
Mr. Belcher has more than 27 years of diverse real estate experience including loan
workout, REO management, construction lending and portfolio liquidation.
Mr. Belcher is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. degree
in Finance and a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Belcher is a Director for the DeBusk Foundation,
a charitable foundation providing grants for elementary educational programs.
J. Michael McGillis
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, JER Partners
Mr. McGillis is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of JER
Partners and serves on the Management Committee, the North American Investment
Committee and the U.S. Debt Co-Investment Vehicle Investment Committee. Mr.
McGillis is responsible for the asset management, portfolio management, finance, accounting and investor
relations
functions of JER Partners.

Mr. McGillis has over 25 years of diverse experience involving real estate and corporate
valuations, acquisitions, sales and financing as well as financial reporting, operations
and administration in both public and private companies. Prior to his tenure at
JER Partners, he worked at Freddie Mac, where he was a Vice President in finance
from 2003 to 2006. Before Freddie Mac, Mr. McGillis was the Chief Financial Officer
of Starcom Holdings/Constar International from 1999 to 2003. He has also worked
in chief financial officer, portfolio management, corporate finance and audit capacities
at AEW Capital Management/Copley Real Estate Advisors, Robertson Ceco Corporation
and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. McGillis is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University where he received
a B.S. in Business Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Daniel T. Ward
Managing Director and General Counsel, JER Partners
Mr. Ward is the General Counsel of JER Partners and serves on the Management Committee,
the North American Investment Committee and the European Investment Committee. Mr. Ward is responsible
for all legal matters involving investment structuring, document negotiation and
transaction closings and capital raising activities for JER Partners. After joining
JER Partners in 1991, Mr. Ward served as General Counsel for the JER Partners/Goldman
Sachs venture which acquired $7.4 billion in sellers' book value in distressed
U.S. real estate and loans from the RTC, insurance companies and banks in both sealed
bid auctions and privately negotiated transactions from 1991 through 1996. While
at JER Partners, Mr. Ward has directed the closings for approximately 35 portfolios
with over 2,100 assets and participated in the securitization of $568 million of
non-performing loans and $270 million of performing loans.

Mr. Ward is a summa cum laude graduate of Villanova University, where he obtained
a B.S. in Accounting. He received a J.D. with honors from The National Law Center,
George Washington University. Mr. Ward is a member of the Washington, DC Bar Association
and the Virginia State Bar Association.
